The Future of Retail is online – with experiences in person augmenting distribution from a central warehouse (OPINION). More specifically, subscriptions based models are likely to rise to the fore. We see it already, as Amazon Prime branches into streaming and services – with monthly or annual payments baked in.
All purchasing will be online, and mostly subscriptions based – in the future, in my opinion.
