Last night saw some great action in the EFL Cup, so I collected together the highlights.

Man Utd overcame Chelsea by an odd goal after a terrific free kick by Marcus Rashford sealed the win.
The EFL Cup, this year branded the Carabao Cup, for 2019/20 saw the Quarter Finals this week.

It has been a good year for sports fans in the North West of England in particular, as we’ve been a little spoiled with our area’s sports men and women showing World Class levels of performance, so it was nice to see sleeping giants at Mancester United showing signs of recovery under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer during the Christmas period.
Another evening of Premier League action took place on Wednesday 4th December 2019, as six fixtures were played out (all live on Amazon Prime) on a highly entertaining evening.
